Neptunus builds for EU Meetings in Horsens

The city of Horsens will host 15,000 EU-officials during the Danish EU Presidency. 11 EU Summits will be held in Horsens from April to June 2012. Neptunus, specialist in the design and construction of temporary structures, ensured that extra space was available at the Forum Horsens.

One of Neptunus latest innovations in temporary structures, the ‘Alure Globe’, was used to create a restaurant area. The Dutch company provided a total of more than 1000 square meter in temporary structure which will be used as the temporary VIP restaurant area, and will be connected to the Forum Horsens by corridors.

The Alure Globe is an exclusive structure that is characterised by contemporary lines, stylish design and an eye-catching domed roof, the Alure Globe provides an exclusive look and sets a new standard in luxury structures. Due to its ‘green’ credentials the temporary structure fits perfectly with the sustainable focus of the logistics of Danish EU Presidency and the Danish Sustainable Events Initiative.

Together with Hotel Opus Horsens, Forum Horsens will provide facilities for the approximately 15,000 EU-ministers, officials, politicians and members of the press who participate in conferences in the city during the periode of April to June 2012.
